installining windows vista beta 2 iso image vmware

an error occurs when i try to install windows vista beta 2 from an iso image. also can't i install without burning the image to a DVD by copying the contents of the iso to a folder then starting the setup from there

What is the error message? Did you burn the image at a low speed? i tried to install windows vista beta 2 build 5384.4 by mounting the image on Nero imagedrive but it an error occured: "An unhandled win32 exception occured in Setup[3168]." can't i install windows vista without burning the DVD by extracting the ISO

image itself.
